The importance of the notion of project

Project management should be the heart of optimization for any ambitious business. We can see that competition is increasing in all sectors, but also that the traditional levers of distinction, such as the quality of service or product and prices, are difficult to manipulate, as the market is so tight. Knowing how to optimize one's action by taking charge of small or medium-scale projects with certain success is therefore a more than interesting path.


This is why the recruitment of companies should today focus on that of trained and competent leaders . And it is not by typing in a simple search bar that we can find them!
